Shipping & Returns Information
Shipping:
Our standard shipping is Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. We charge the USPS rate plus $1 for handling. Large products which are shipped directly from the manufacturer are charged the higher rate necessary to ship a bulkier package.
We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost if you need your product(s) faster. Please contact Customer Service and we will be pleased to honor your request.
Orders which arrive before 10:00AM Pacific Time are usually shipped out the same day.
We ship most orders FOB Marina Del Rey, California. For larger items where we often ship from the manufacturer’s warehouse, the order is shipped FOB from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
International Customers: Please contact Customer Service for rates. All import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Sales Tax:
A sales tax of 8.25% will be automatically added to orders shipped within California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
Returns:
There are not returns on over-the-counter items, cosmetics or prescriptions due to health regulations so please shop carefully.
